The Segment Bet System
This system is based on discovering a repeated patterns of sections of the wheel where ball lands. Also known as French bets and they are basically neighbouring bets covering certain segments of the roulette.
There are 3 kinds of bets:
“The Tiers du Cylindre” or the Third - 6 split bets covering 12 numbers. Targets the section compost of the numbers: 27, 13, 36, 11, 30, 8, 23, 10, 5, 24, 16, 33. You do 6 split bets; on the 5/8, 10/11, 13/16, 23/24, 27/30 and 33/36.
“Voisins du Zero” or Neighbours of Zero - Targets the section compost of the numbers: 22, 18, 29, 7, 28, 12, 35, 3, 26, 0, 32, 15, 19, 4, 21, 2, 25. You do this bet with 9 chips: with two chips on the trio 0,2,3, two chips on the corner 25/26/28/29, five split bets on 4/7, 12/15, 18/21, 19/22 and 32/35.
The Les Orphelins or “Orphans” Targets the section compost of the numbers 17, 34, 6 and 1, 20, 14, 31, 9.). You do this bet with 5 chips: a straight up bet on 1 and 4 split bets 6/9, 14/17, 17/20 and 31/34.

Typically players that use the segment bets place their bet in the following way:
"Neighbors" - Match the numbers on the left and right immediately next to the last winning number in roulette.
"The XX and the Neighbors" a bet that you choose a number and its neighbors that are at a given angle of the last winning number. This angle is calculated, for example, through the average of the last three numbers, the angle more frequent in recent results of the roulette wheel or between the last two numbers. Usually, players at the table are impressed with the player that uses this system.
